eCOV-110 FAQ

1. How to Make Hardware Reset?

 

Step 1.

Open eCOV-110 cover

 

Step 2.

        Plug on short-pin on SW1 pin 1-2 and keep pin 3-4 open (as following picture)

(Originally, eCOV-110 supports 2 short-pin on SW1 Pin2, Pin4)

step 3.

        Power eCOV-110 off and power on 10 seconds to reset to default

Step 4.

        Remove short-pin and restart eCOV-110

Step 5.

use Setup Utility to check the setting

2. TCP Ports which were preserved by the Serial-Ethernet Converter

Port 25, & Port 110  are locked by avoid to avoid interfering with the e-mail clients, other preserved ports are 80(Web console), 5000(broadcast search), 5001(Command), and another self-define port (default: 4000.)  , It is recommend to use the Converter's TCP ports number starting from 10000.
