TYSSO Cash Drawers

PCD-425 Cash Drawer (Traditional)

Regular cash drawer products are comes with 24V solenoid and interfaced via a receipt printer (receipt printer pass-through). The most common standard is Epson's 4P4C RJ-11 phone-jack interface,

TYSSO Cash drawers are also available in Serial (RS-232) interface with 12V solenoid equipped, it requires an additional 12 DC power adapter as an external power source. However, the Cash Drawer's RS-232 connector has VCC +12V wired in the connector's pin No. 9, so that most of the COM-Powered POS Terminal on the market are able to provide enough power to the cash drawer directly.

The standard color of our Cash Drawers are either black or beige. We do provide our OEM customers with 12V solenoid version upon requested.

The Cash Drawer's Bill/Coin Trays has different types of compartments and sizes. the most commonly used tray type on the market is 5 bill Euro/US Dollar Notes compartments + 8 coin compartments.

Comparing to its low cost, Cash drawer's shipping cost is relatively expensive as it's a heavy weight item. Cash Drawers are packed by one unit per carton, and each carton weighs approximately 9.5 KGs., and Volume weight is 1.5 Cubic-Feet, Therefore, airfreight deliveries for large quantity of the cash drawers - say above 50 units, is usually not recommended. A twenty-foot container can load approximately 650 units of Cash Drawers for Sea Freight shipments.

PCD-430 Flip-Top Cash Box (New Type)

The PCD-430 is designed to be used with convenience at the supermarket and various store areas.

The FLIP TOP cash box has recently become very popular in the Europe for Retail POS Applications as it is well fitted for the smaller cashier desktop space. Unlike the Traditional big and heavy Cash Drawers that kicks out the drawer in front, The Compact-Sized Cash Box is opened from its top cover.

As Cash Boxes are lighter in weight (7 Kgs), and smaller in size (460MM(W) x 172MM(D) x124MM(H), it is relatively easier for both supplier and distributor/reseller to handle shipping and logistic management comparing to the traditional cash drawers.

TYSSO Cash Box has 4-position locks for different levels of administrators and storekeepers to access it. Its bill/coin tray is shipped with an individual lockable top cover with a handgrip, so that the administrator/operator can easily pull out the locked tray from the steal box, and hand it over to an administrative person between each shafts.

PCD-430 Cash box is RJ-11 (receipt-printer-driven) interface, which operates exactly the same as a traditional Cash Drawer. PCD-430's Factory default color is in either beige or black. One 20-foot container can load up to 2,300 units of this model.
