Payment Options Fametech Inc. (Tysso) offers the following: Note that the customer should discuss with us first about the L/C clauses especially on "latest shipping date", "Special Conditions" (if there is any) and "expiry date" of a L/C in order to avoid the L/C discrepancies.
Return Policy There will be a restocking fee of up to 15% for non-defective returned products or for any products returned as defective that have no problems. RMA Policy Fametech will bear 2-way freight charge for pick-up and return on products due to a defect within 30 days of purchase, we will either exchange the brand new working products or credit the money back to our customer. After 30 days of shipping until the warranty expired and the product is determined to be faulty, we will bear only one-way freight charge to return the repaired or replaced products back to our customers, the returned RMA stock must be freight prepaid. We do repair the products even it has been out of warranty, only we will charge the laboring and components cost for repairs any RMA stocks that is out of warranty. The Fametech Inc. will issue an RMA number to our customers. When shipping back RMA stocks to Fametech Inc. the customer must include a copy of the commercial invoice and packing list with brief (or detailed) descriptions on the product's faulty status, and mention the following clause in the commercial invoice : "RMA stock returned for repair or replacement, No Commercial Value"
Delivery Terms 1. FOB TAIWAN: Please provide us with your coordinated freight forwarder's details when you place an order with us. Please note that Fametech Inc. only accept the FOB. delivery terms should the total invoice amount is over US$2,500, otherwise we will either do Ex-work, C&F, or CIF. only. Terms We will add the freight charge onto our pro forma invoice base on the current freight rate provided by our coordinated Courier Express and Freight Forwarding Agency. We recommend to use TNT Express for any shipment that weighs below 40 KGs and the SCANWELL (Air) EXPRESS to carry any shipment weight that is greater than 40 KGS. There will be an extra charge for the additional shipping documents such as the Certificate of Origin and Embassy approval stamped documents. 3. CIF. Terms. We will add both the freight charge and insurance fee onto the invoice, the minimal insurance fee is US$15.00 - no matter how little the total invoice amount is. Lead-Time Lead-time differs depends on different products, generally, the minimal required lead-time on all Tysso products is 3 days after receiving of payment. Lead-time for all Tysso products is approx. 3 to 21 days depends on our production schedule and the stock availability, however, the lead-time of MS-6520(Metrologic) or any other products that are not manufactured by ourselves could be as long as 14 to 30 days. Some custom version of products may be require an even longer lead-time.
